Norfolk Motorhomes sells used motorhomes in Norfolk, England. This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us through this website.

Norfolk Motorhomes is a trading name of Guerin & Scott Limited. Our trading address is Unit 1, Thatch Cottage, Weston Green Road, Weston Longville, Norfolk, NR9 5LB. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17430428. Registered office: Thatch Cottage, Weston Green Road, Weston Longville, Norwich, England, NR9 5LB. What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request an appraisal we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if you give one), your preferred contact method, the motorhome you are asking about, any photographs you upload and anything you write in your message.

If you reserve a motorhome online we collect your name, email address, telephone number and a record of the £250 deposit. Card details are entered on a secure payment page provided by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, arrange a viewing, appraise a motorhome you would like to sell, take and account for reservation deposits, and keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our vehicles, and the performance of a contract where you pay a deposit.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any sale that follows, and are then deleted. Records relating to a purchase or deposit are kept for six years, as our tax and accounting obligations require.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is stored securely by our website and database providers on our behalf, shared with Stripe where you make a card payment, shared with a finance provider only if you ask us to arrange finance, and otherwise shared only where we are legally required to do so.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
