These terms cover your use of the Norfolk Motorhomes website. Norfolk Motorhomes is a trading name of Guerin & Scott Limited. Our trading address is Unit 1, Thatch Cottage, Weston Green Road, Weston Longville, Norfolk, NR9 5LB. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17430428. Registered office: Thatch Cottage, Weston Green Road, Weston Longville, Norwich, England, NR9 5LB.

We describe every motorhome as accurately as we can, but specifications, equipment and measurements are given as a guide only and may vary. Each motorhome is priced individually when listed. Please check anything that matters to you before committing to a purchase.

Prices and availability can change, and a motorhome shown as available may be sold or reserved before the website is updated.

Sending an enquiry does not reserve a motorhome and does not form a contract of sale. A sale is only agreed once confirmed directly with us in writing.

A motorhome may be reserved with a £250 deposit. You can pay the deposit by debit or credit card on this website, or contact us to arrange payment by bank transfer.

Your deposit holds the motorhome exclusively for you for three days, giving you time to view it and make up your mind. If you decide not to go ahead with the purchase, just let us know within that time and we will refund your £250 in full.

The deposit is put towards the purchase price if you buy. A reservation does not itself complete a sale; the full terms of sale are agreed with us directly. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

Every motorhome comes with a standard six-month Warrantywise warranty, with options to extend cover for up to three years. All motorhomes are fully serviced by our own workshop and supplied with a new habitation report. Ask for the specific warranty terms and report for your vehicle.

Finance can be arranged through Credo Asset Finance. Longer terms and balloon payment options may be available. Finance is subject to status, vehicle age and mileage; availability and terms must be confirmed for each application.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
